General terms for using the Nibtara platform and institutional supply services. These terms supplement any signed corporate account agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Nibtara platform or its services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, please cease using the service.

Clause 2

Nature of Service

Nibtara provides fresh produce supply services to the business sector (restaurants, hotels, central kitchens, catering, food factories) subject to availability and region.

Clause 3

Orders and Pricing

Prices are displayed generally and may fluctuate based on market conditions and seasonality. Final pricing is confirmed upon order validation by the institutional accounts team.

Clause 4

Availability and Supply

We aim to adhere to agreed supply schedules. Availability may vary due to seasonal or operational conditions; notifications will be provided in advance regarding any impact.

Clause 5

Payments and Invoicing

Invoices are issued according to arrangements for each institutional account. Payment terms are governed by the signed account agreement between both parties.

Clause 6

Cancellation and Modification

Orders may be modified or cancelled with reasonable notice prior to the agreed time. Modifications may not be accepted once processing or loading has commenced.

Clause 7

Quality and Returns

نلتزم بمعايير جودة وفرز يدوي. يتم الفحص المشترك لحظة التسليم قبل التوقيع على الاستلام، وأي ملاحظة جودة تُسجَّل وتُعالج في حينها. بعد فحص المنتج والتوقيع على الاستلام، لا يُقبل إرجاع أي منتج ولا تُقبل ملاحظات الجودة، بلا استثناءات.

Acceptable Use

The user agrees not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or any action that disrupts service operations or infringes on third-party rights.

Clause 9

Limitation of Liability

Nibtara exercises reasonable care in service provision and is not liable for indirect damages resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Clause 10

Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued engagement with Nibtara following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
